The ISPID Health Education Working Group is dedicated to developing a global campaign to promote central themes and disseminate key messages sensitive to culture-specific considerations. The Group is active in researching trends and practices relating to the compliance by parents and caregivers in different populations with the safe-sleep guidelines.

The Group looks for new tools and media to disseminate safe-sleep campaign messages. It also evaluates products and advertising campaigns purporting to promote infant safe-sleep practices in various countries.

The Group works in collaboration with the Epidemiology Working Group. ISPID members are most welcome to join the Health Education Working Group and any help they can provide in promoting our messages globally would be greatly appreciated.
