To download the Adobe Reader installation file form the internet to your computer, follow the instructions given here: Make appropriate choices at Step 1 and Step 2, then click Download. Remember the place on your hard disk where the installation file has been saved.

To execute the installation file, click Yes when asked for this. Or open the Windows Explorer (or any equivalent), find the installation file on your computer hard disk, and double-click the file. Now the Adobe Reader installs on your computer.
