The Executive Board of ISPID consists of 4 individual members and 4 members representing organizations.

Individual Board members are Peter Fleming (UK), Rosemary Horne (Australia), Ed Mitchell (New Zealand), and Anat Shatz (Israel). Organizational Board members are Joyce Epstein for the Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (UK), Stephanie Fukui for the SIDS Family Association Japan, Helge Gautvik for the Landsforeningen uventet barnedød (Norway), and Marian Sokol for First Candle (USA).

Among the Board members, the following Officers have been chosen:
