The Executive Board of ISPID consists of 4 individual members, 4 members representing organizations and 1 ex-officio member.

Individual Board members are Peter Blair (UK), Fern Hauck (USA), Rosemary Horne (Australia) and Ed Mitchell (New Zealand). Organizational Board members are Stephanie Fukui representing the SIDS Family Association Japan, Sherokee Ilse representing Babies Remembered (USA), Leanne Raven representing the National SIDS Council of Australia / SIDS and Kids and Anat Shatz representing the Israel Foundation for the Study and Prevention of Sudden Infant Death. Marian Sokol is ex-officio Board member representing the organizers of the 2012 international conference.
